01. Data Ownership
You own everything you write. ViNotes is a local-first app; your notes stay in your browser's memory. If you don't sync to the cloud, we have no way to recover your data if lost.
02. Cloud Integration
When you use Google Drive Sync, we only access a private "App Data" folder. We cannot see, read, or modify any other files in your personal Drive account.
03. Zero Tracking
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party cookies. Your productivity is private, and we intend to keep it that way. No data is ever sold.
04. Service "As Is"
ViNotes is provided without warranties. While we strive for perfection, we are not responsible for data loss due to browser crashes or account mismanagement.
